About us
Siderval SA is a Swiss outfit, started in 1982, primarily active in the fields of thermal treatment, engineering and furnace construction. Our subsidiary Siderval France Sàrl, has been founded in 1991, aiming at a closer integration into the EU.
Our engineering staff, specialized in material science, metallurgy, ceramic and refractory products, will help you to achieve your goals.
Our tasks
Siderval provides consultancy for products and/or jobs as:
- Hi temperature steel alloys parts (Shell-molding procedure)
- Hi temperature conveyor belts for muffle furnaces in low or hi temperature treatments
- Ionically bonded refractory castables
- Furnaces repairs and retrofit
- Wear resistant laser deposited coatings
All kind of high-alloys castings (no-bake, shell, green sand and ceramic), welded parts.
High temperature conveyor belts for muffle furnaces for low or hi temperature heat-treatments, metallic cloths, drilled plates, filtration and coalescens systems for chemicals and petrochemicals.
Ionically bonded refractory castables, fast setting, without water for quick repairs in melting furnaces for aluminium, copper, zinc, as well as waste incinerators and power plants. Ceramic parts for various thermal applications.
Retrofit, repairs and maintenance of industrial furnaces, through a dedicated team of tecnicians speciallized in metallurgy, material science, ceramics and refractories.
Hard facing deposition of tungsten carbide for wear resistant linings on parts through laser-or flame deposition.
